Water-Soluble, Non-Fluorescing Mounting Medium formulated for mounting sections from aqueous solutions. Useful for immunofluorescent techniques as it enhances and retains fluorescent stains.

Can also be used for frozen sections, fat stains and immuno-stains when aqueous mounting media is required. Use Aqua-Poly/Mount with most fluorescent dyes and stains including DAB, Alkaline Phosphatase-Fast Red, AEC （aminoethylcarbazole） and a variety of other chromogens.

Aqua-Poly/Mount solidifies under coverslip on the microscope slide after 24 hours with the following laboratory conditions and ambient temperature; relative humidity in winter time at greater than 20% and relative humidity in the summer time of up to 50%.
